How I make an order ?

 

You should register a free account first,You need an account before you can make an order, then proceed to shopping at ShopGomi. you just need to add the item to your shopping cart then proceed to checkout,select payment method and shipping method.Then the order was made. 

 

How long will i receive the order ?

 

Usually, we will process the order in 4 days after confirmed the payment. after shipped, it will take about 3 to 7 days to reach the destination. Hong Kong post will take 7 to 15 days or more. However, maybe have some delay of your order due to in short of stock or some other reasons. In this case, we will inform you by email.

 

Do your  offer  COD ?

 

We are very sorry to inform you that we don't provide cash on delivery at the moment.  At present, we only offer online purchase at ShopGomi.You have to pay us in advanced before we can process your order.

 

Does the price include shipping and tax?

 

The price shown in our website doesn't include the shipping cost and tax. For the shipping cost, it is based on the weight of the package and the delivery destination. If you want to know the shipping cost, please register a free account,add the goods to your cart,checkout,it will show the shipping cost to you. We don't charge tax from customers. it is your responsibilty to pay tax and know the local tax policy about importing from oversea.

 

Can i have a dicount if i buy in large quantity and have MOQ?

 

Sure,You are welcome to inquiry the discount if you will buy in large quantity.The more you buy the more discount you will get.we don't set any MOQ.

 

How to make the payment?

 

At present,we accept Paypal,Moneybookers,West Union,T/T.  We will provide our account detailed information to you after you made order .If you select paypal or moneybookers as payment method,You need to login your paypal or moneybookers to make payment,Our website will not lead you to the paypal or moneybookers page to make payment.

 

How about the warranty ?

 

All our products cover with 12 months manufacturer warranty. We provide full after-sales service to our wholesale customers and dropshippers. If the goods have quality problem,we accept return or exchange,and we bear the shipping cost when resend the repaired or exchanged goods to you.All the products of the orders have gone through strictly quality control or testing to make sure the items and accessories work very well and keep in good condition.

Attentions:

All the China mobile phones do not have CE certification marking.Any perchase is at your own risk.  You accept the full risk if the goods was detained by your local customs due to whatsover reason. Sometimes China mobile phones in our website may different from the different manufactures when you received your goods.But the style and functions are similar.Any change may without any notifications. How About the warranty terms and return policy?

 

If the goods you received were not what you ordered or cannot work the first day, please contact us and return to us in its original box and condition in 7 days, we will track your goods when you received your goods using the tracking number. 

 

We WILL NOT bear any return if the goods has not quality problem. for returned items, after tested by manufacture,but fund it is not defective,you will bear all the shipping cost in addition to the 10% testing fee.

 

For returned products,if it is defective after testing by the manufacture definitely,the manufacture has the responsibility to repair it. 

If the goods was damaged during delivery, That means when you received your goods but fund broken or damaged, please contac the shipper who send the goods to your door and ask him or her to leave a signature or  proof, so that we can ask our shipper agent to make compensations for you.

 

 If the warranty seal or sticker  of the products are broken or torn, the product will no longer have warranty.NOTICE: For any return products shoud have a related order number (when you purchase that item, you will have your order number).

 

 If you buy the goods from other reseller who has bought that product from us, you have to contact that reller as it is that resellver's responsiblity for the warrranty.
